What company do you use?
The packages will be sent through Correos or Correos Express in the case of Spanish territory, and through other companies in the case of International (Celeris, Interpost or ASM).

The shipping costs will be the following:
Peninsula and Balearic Islands: € 6
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 12
Europe: € 15
Rest of the world: € 40
The packages will be properly protected and packaged.
What is the deadline and delivery time?
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (except holidays) in the schedule of the courier agency, usually from 9.30 am to 8.30 pm.
The delivery time in Spain is 48 to 72h, except for orders to the islands that can be delayed by customs or controls. The delivery time in Europe and the rest of the world is from 4 to 8 days.

Of course! You only have to add each pack separately (with the chosen sheets)
If my order is for a gift, can you add a personalized message?
Clear! You only have to add in the comments field of the order (when placing the order) the text that you want us to add, the name to which it is addressed and who signs it (your name or name of the group of people that gives it) and we will add it in the package.

If when you are delivering the order you see that the packaging has some flaw, if you can take a photo to receive it and do not forget to write it down on the delivery note of the courier before signing it.
Please contact us within 48 hours from the moment they delivered it to you and we will review possible solutions.

Yes, as long as you have not made the corresponding payment. If you had already done so, get in touch with us.

I forgot my password!
You simply have to go to the login page and select “forgotten password”. From there, they will ask you to indicate the email address that is linked to your account and you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
